Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must cease using our products and services.
Scope of Services
Beijing Kangtai Bokong Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research, development, production, sales, and service of industrial PC, motherboards, fanless IPC, rugged laptops, industrial Panel PC, industrial displays, configuration softwares, servers , and other related IPC products.
As a technology - innovative enterprise integrating R & D, production, sales, and service, the company has built a leading R & D team in China, consisting of professional talents such as hardware engineers, BIOS engineers, PCB Layout engineers, test engineers, software engineers, and structural engineers. It can provide customized R & D services for various ODM/OEM industrial PC products for customers.
Product Information
We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product information. However, we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or make other adjustments to products without prior notice. We cannot guarantee that all product information released is completely accurate, complete, and reliable. You should be aware of and bear the risks arising from relying on such information.
Ordering and Payment
When ordering products, you should truthfully and completely provide the required information. All orders need to be reviewed and confirmed by us as acceptable, and the corresponding products must be in stock before they can formally take effect. We have the right to independently decide to refuse or cancel any order. The payment for products must be made in strict accordance with the payment terms agreed upon in the ordering process.
Delivery and Shipment
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely delivery of ordered industrial computers, customized products, and accessories. If you find any damage, quantity discrepancy, or specification mismatch of the product upon receipt, you need to clearly mark the abnormal information on the delivery receipt on - site or immediately inform the delivery personnel. At the same time, you should contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receipt to fully report the problem and start the problem - solving process. Failure to feedback the above - mentioned abnormalities within the specified time may have an adverse impact on the subsequent claim handling.
Warranty
We provide a limited warranty service for products, covering problems caused by material or process defects under normal use and maintenance scenarios. The specific warranty terms and duration for each product are subject to the product documents attached to the product. If the product is misused, privately modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, the warranty service will automatically become invalid.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages directly or indirectly arising from the use of our products or services. For matters related to this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action, the maximum liability we shall bear shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the corresponding specific product or service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our products and services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are exclusively owned by KTB. You undertake not to infringe on the above-mentioned intellectual property rights. Without our prior written permission, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on relevant intellectual property rights.
Termination
We have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice and without assuming liability, or to suspend your access to our products and services. Triggering situations include, but are not limited to, your violation of this Agreement or abuse of our products and services.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify and update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this Agreement will be published on our official website. If you continue to use our products and services after the Agreement is modified, it shall be deemed that you accept the revised terms and conditions.
Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy rights and will strictly handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. If you need to know the specific rules for us to collect, use, and disclose personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy (this policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference).
Severability
If a certain clause in this Agreement is judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, and the remaining clauses shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid clause shall be deemed to have been modified to a reasonable extent to meet the conditions for effective enforcement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and KTB regarding the matters involved in this Agreement and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements, understandings, and statements.
Waiver
The failure of KTB to exercise or enforce a certain right or clause in this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or clause, unless it is clearly confirmed and agreed to be waived in writing.
