What are we going to do?
For incoming material inspection (the warehouse provides incoming material notification, and the production department provides specification requirements);
Inspect the scrapped materials and judgment the accessories proposed for scrapping by the warehouse or factory;
Re-inspection upon release from the warehouse refers to the re-examination of accessories that have been stored for a certain period of time to determine if they have failed;
Check the returned accessories, that is, inspect the remaining used accessories to determine whether they are stored in the warehouse, returned to the supplier or scrapped;
Evaluate new suppliers. The newly introduced suppliers are evaluated by the purchasing department in collaboration with the engineering department to determine whether they are qualified suppliers;
Guide suppliers to make improvements (requiring cooperation with the purchasing and production departments);
Conduct effective tests and analyses on suspected defective accessories;
The inspection process should be recorded and marked accordingly, and the inspection results should be notified to the relevant departments for judgment and traceability;
The quality supervisor is responsible for determining and handling non-conforming products.
