KTB-PH185 is an 18.5-inch 16:9 industrial-grade panel PC with a full range of Intel processors. It supports DDR3/DDR4 multi-level memory expansion, and is equipped with rich I/O interfaces and flexible expansion slots. Boasting an aluminum alloy fanless design and an IP65-rated front panel for dust and water protection, it fits embedded, wall-mounted and desktop installation modes. Compatible with Windows and Linux systems, it offers customizable high-brightness screens, operates stably at 0~50℃, and meets the intelligent application needs of various industrial scenarios.

Multi-spec Hardware Configuration
Processors range from entry-level Intel Celeron J1900/J6412 to high-end Intel Core i3-i5-i7 3rd to 12th Gen. The memory architecture is adapted to DDR3/DDR4 SO-DIMM according to different processor models, with the capacity expanding stepwise from 8GB to 64GB, meeting the diverse computing power requirements of industrial control, data processing, human-computer interaction and other scenarios. In terms of storage, it provides multi-interface solutions including SATA3.0, mSATA and M.2 M Key, supporting flexible selection and configuration of solid state drives, and balancing the requirements for storage capacity and read-write speed in industrial scenarios.

Rich I/O Interfaces
It is equipped with 1HDMI + 1VGA dual video output interfaces, supporting multi-screen display to adapt to industrial monitoring needs. The LAN port is optional with 1/2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, matched with 4/2 USB3.0 ports to meet network connection and peripheral expansion in industrial sites. It comes standard with 2 COM ports (expandable up to 6), among which COM2/3 support optional RS485. Combined with 1 line-out and 1 mic-in, it is compatible with the interconnection of various industrial peripheral devices such as serial port equipment, sensors and barcode scanners. It also has a built-in 255-level programmable watchdog and optional 4-channel GPIO input and output, further improving the stability and expandability of industrial control.

It is equipped with 1/2 mPCIE expansion slots, supporting the expansion of WIFI/Bluetooth/4G (5G optional) modules to easily realize wireless communication in industrial sites. Three installation methods are available: embedded, wall-mounted and desktop, adapting to different installation scenarios such as industrial cabinets, production line operation stations and monitoring terminals, and enabling rapid deployment without complex transformation. The standard screen brightness is 200-300cd/m² with customizable high brightness, meeting the visual needs of different lighting environments in industrial sites. Meanwhile, the capacitive touch screen is standard, and resistive touch screen or non-touch version is also optional on demand.
