KTB-DH156 Industrial-Grade Rugged Display

The previous display got dusty and blacked out after half a year. Since switching to the KTB-DH156, its IP65 protection works well—wiping the body removes all oil and dust. It has run fault-free for 8 months, and the 1920×1080 resolution makes welding parameters very clear, so workers don’t need to lean in close to operate.

We installed 6 KTB-DH156 units as real-time monitoring screens. The embedded mounting fits perfectly into the operation desk, saving space. The wide-viewing-angle technology is very practical—sorters can clearly see order information from the left and right sides without crowding in front, which has greatly improved sorting efficiency.

The 15.6-inch screen is just right for displaying both production progress and quality inspection standards at the same time. Employees don’t need to switch between interfaces repeatedly. Moreover, wall-mounted installation saves operation desk space, making the workshop layout more neat.

The KTB-DH156 has excellent anti-vibration performance—the screen remains stable even when the machine tool is running at full load. It also has enough interfaces: HDMI connects to the industrial computer, and USB connects to the barcode scanner, no extra adapters needed, keeping the wiring very tidy.

The sewage treatment plant has a humid and slightly corrosive environment, where ordinary display casings easily rust. The KTB-DH156’s aluminum profile casing is much more durable—no rust at all after over a year of use. When the screen brightness is adjusted to 500cd/m², water quality monitoring data is clearly visible even in strong workshop light, no need to draw the sunshade curtain specially.

The production of sterile medical devices has high environmental requirements. This display has no fan, so it won’t generate air flow to stir up dust, meeting the workshop’s cleanliness standards. The 1920×1080 resolution makes the details of medical device drawings very clear, allowing employees to quickly spot tiny defects during quality inspection, which has significantly improved the product qualification rate.

The fully enclosed design of the KTB-DH156 blocks dust, and its anti-vibration performance can withstand the vibration of operating equipment. When connecting to the PLC, the dual VGA and HDMI interfaces serve as a backup—even if one interface fails, switching to the other allows continuous use without delaying production.
