1999 - 2005, Founding a business

Establishing the team: In 1999, the team was established in Haidian District, Zhongguancun, Beijing. Relying on the team's experience and enthusiasm in computer and related fields, they explored market demands and initially established the business framework.

Business Exploration: Act as an agent to sell various types of computer peripheral products, especially those related to industrial control. While expanding customer resources and sales channels, we also gained insights into the market conditions and demand characteristics of industrial computers.

Cooperative Expansion: In August 2005, in collaboration with Taiwanese partners, we jointly established the Industrial Control IPC Product Division (referred to as KTB Industrial Control). Leveraging Taiwan's product and technological advantages in industrial computers, we further expanded our offerings and began to provide customers with more competitive products, laying the foundation for subsequent independent development and business expansion.

Establishment of the Beijing company: In 2006, as the process of industrial automation in China was accelerating, Beijing Kangtai Bokong Technology Co.,Ltd. followed the trend of the times and was officially registered and established in Beijing.

Shift to independent research and development: In 2006, the company officially embarked on the path of independent research and development, establishing a professional R&D team. After 12 months, it launched the first product with independent intellectual property rights - "KTB Rack-mounted Industrial Computer" and "KTB Long Card Motherboard". This product passed CE and FCC certifications, and its first-year sales exceeded 3,000 units, marking a crucial breakthrough in the transition from the agency model to "integrated research, production and sales".

Diversification of products began: From 2007 to 2010, 10 derivative products such as industrial ATX motherboards and industrial tablet computers were successively launched, forming a basic product line covering "control level - human-computer interaction - display terminal". A full-process quality control system was established, and it was awarded as a "quality supplier in the industrial automation field" in Beijing.

Customer Acquisitions: We have accumulated over 1,500 customers in fields such as industrial control and intelligent transportation. The number of product application cases is gradually increasing. Typical application cases include the pump station control system and gate automation projects for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which is a national-level project in China.

Enhanced R&D capabilities: Increased R&D expenses, expanded the R&D center, the performance of the company's industrial computers has been continuously improved, reliability has been increasing, and miniaturization and intelligence have developed. The company has obtained multiple product patent certificates, the technical level of the products has gradually improved, and the technical advantages in the competitive market have become increasingly prominent.

Comprehensive production system: We have perfected the production process and quality management system. We have 14 fully automated SMT surface mount assembly lines and 3 complete machine assembly lines. We have introduced advanced production equipment and testing instruments, achieving full-process quality control from raw material procurement, production processing to product inspection. This ensures stable and reliable product quality and meets the increasing market demand for orders.

Market expansion: Based on the consolidation of the domestic market, efforts were made to explore overseas markets. The products were gradually sold to countries and regions such as Europe, North America, and Central Asia. Through cooperation with overseas distributors and other means, the company's brand was enhanced in terms of international market awareness and reputation. The company's business scale gradually expanded.

Driven by innovation: We have applied scenarios such as intelligent warehouse sorting, machine vision inspection in accordance with Industry 4.0. Industry application breakthroughs: We have customized solutions for six major industries including energy, transportation, and smart factories. For example, there is a case of industrial control computers assisting in the stable operation of the lighting project in Qingdao against moisture and dust, and another case of industrial control computers assisting in the machine vision inspection project of the OPPO production line. We have cumulatively promoted over 300 digital transformation projects for enterprises, and the project delivery satisfaction rate has reached 99.9%.

Qualifications and honors obtained: Obtained 15 international and domestic certifications including 3C, ROHS, ISO14001, and ISO45001, and was awarded the titles of "Beijing Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" and "Beijing Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise".
